The richest cricket board in the world has gone wrong in its calculations on what was perceived as the most coveted job in the business. What BCCI has to learn is that hiring someone who's successful comes at a huge price. Offering jus a year's contract to Graham ford does not do justice to his abilities, instead the board should have offered him a comprehensive package for at least 2 years giving him ample time to settle down and produce results.
